CANCELLATION. Holiday insurance is recommended avalable online( example £8 minimum - £20 maxium)Should you be compelled to cancel your holiday please inform the Proprietors in writing or by email as soon as possible. If the property is re-let your deposit will be refunded, less the expenses incurred in re-letting. Should you have to cancel before- the full amount has been paid the full amount remains payable subject to the above conditions of re-letting.

LIABILITY. The Proprietors cannot accept liability for any injury sustained by any person or the loss or damage to any property brought onto the premise. Should the accommodation not be available owing to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund the amount of any money paid by you and our liability is limited to the refund of such money

HIGH CHAIR and COT & mattress ( for babies under 2 years old ) are available free of charge, please provide cot beddiing.All cottages are NO SMOKING. PETS as pet lovers ourselves we welcome visitors pets, but obviously we must make the following requests, due to our location dogs be kept on the lead at all times around the farm, to avoid disturbance to other guests,we insist that pets are not left alone in the property at any time.please do not allow pets on the soft furnishings or in the bedrooms, please provide pet bedding, and please bag any poops and deposit in the bin provided outside. DAMAGE the occasional accident may occur during your holiday and loss/damage must be paid for before departure.Telephone Bookings will be held for five days pending receipt of booking form and payment. If you expect visitors during your stay, for security reasons please advise us .
